To ensure every fan has a chance to meet our featured authors and to support the local indie bookstores that make the Rewind Book Fair possible, please note the following guidelines:

The “One-for-One” Support Rule

This rule applies to the following authors: Gail Carson Levine, Bruce Coville, Ellen Hopkins, Kate DiCamillo

• To access an author’s signing line, attendees must purchase at least one (1) book by that author from the official Rewind Book Fair Bookstore on-site.
• Upon purchase, you will receive a signing voucher or a specific receipt to show at the front of the line.
• Supporting our official bookseller ensures we can continue to bring world-class authors to Minnesota!

Personal Books from Home

We know you have well-loved copies from your childhood that you’ve been waiting years to get signed! You are more than welcome to bring books from your personal collection.

• There is no limit on how many total books you can bring to the Fair.
• However, to keep our lines moving and fair for everyone, there is a three (3) book limit per turn at the signing table.

Keeping the Line Moving

If you have more than three items you would like signed, you are welcome to re-join the end of the line for a second turn after your first three items are completed. This allows every “reader in pursuit” a chance to say hello to their favorite author without long wait times.

Carts & Bags

We know those hardcovers get heavy! You are welcome to bring bags or rolling carts to transport your collection, with the following safety restriction:

• Vertical/Upright carts only: To keep walkways clear and safe for all attendees, only vertical rolling carts are permitted. Horizontal wagons or oversized garden carts are not allowed on the event floor as they create tripping hazards in the signing lines.
